End us an email or give us a call with the basic information regarding your expectations from us, and please include the name you would like us to list as the holder on our insurance certificate.
We will fill them out and return them to you along with our general document package as soon as possible: W9, proof of local licenses, insurance certificate with the requested holder, proof of active CCB, and finally, an introductory letter with our references and some photos of past projects we've completed.
With the administrative details established, we will be happy to receive the work orders and coordinate with the tenants, or if the property is vacant, we will send our proposal within 2 days based on your requirements.
